FFI: Tiles of Bathhouse

FFI (Fragments from Interplace) are 4 memories/journal entries from 4 specific points of my dream paracosm. The memories come from this singular dream paracosm. However, they are not complete and literal depictions of the environments, but rather they are amalgams of sensory memories and material expressions. They are interobjectified memories. Interobjectification is a dream operation that creates a fragment intermediate or in-between other known experiences and qualities. These fragments are both all and none of the parts that make it, amalgams that transgress the waking mind. They are memories collected with an alternative, dream-like thought process. While these memories are condensations and expressions of the material and sensory qualities of the paracosm, they also work as personal diary entries, as interpretations.

Tiles of Bathhouse consists of 20 images that allude to the tiling of the Bathhouse. They are not a one-to-one illustration of the tiles but an interpretation; as they are memories and not a literal documentation. They express the sensory qualities of the environment as much as the material ones.
